At OATS Tanning, we have packages designed specifically tailored to your needs. From 1 session all the way up to 24 sessions, we offer 3 select packages equipped with benefits, color variety and frequency to ensure you have the best experience with us and get your money's worth of our service!
By purchasing a membership at OATS Tanning, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Usage of Services:
• Services included in the membership must be used within the specified membership period.
• Unused services at the end of the membership period will be forfeited and cannot be carried over or refunded.
2. Booking and Cancellation:
• Members must adhere to the standard booking and cancellation policies outlined by OATS
• A valid credit card must be on file
• Late cancellation results in losing the deposit and/or prepaid session.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment with a deposit.
• Same-day appointments are nonrefundable.
• No shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
• Reschedules made 24 hours prior incur no charge.
3. Refunds and Exchanges:
• We are happy to refund any unused sessions within 10 days of purchase receipt.
• All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable.
• Products can be refunded for store credit within 10 days of purchase receipt.
• All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
